Who is responsible

Projilience, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is responsible for your personal data. For any privacy question or request, email khalil.rahi@projilience.com.

What we collect

• Resilience snapshot: your name, job title, organization, work email, phone number if you give it, country, sector, organization size, the scope you are assessing, which assessment you chose, your answers to its statements, your preferred language, anything you write in the optional comment box, and your consent choices.
• Contact form: the form opens your own email app, so we receive only what you choose to send us by email.
• Technical data: our hosting provider processes standard server data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your snapshot answers for academic research or publication.

• To prepare your resilience snapshot results and email them to you, with personal comments from Dr. Khalil Rahi.
• To reply to your enquiries and, if you ask, to discuss our services.
• If you opted in, to send occasional emails about Projilience research and programs. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the website secure and working.

Legal basis

We process snapshot data on the basis of your consent, given on the form. We process enquiry data to respond to your request, and technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing already carried out.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and communicate with you, under appropriate safeguards:

• Netlify, Inc., which hosts the website and stores form submissions.
• Google, which delivers the website's fonts (your browser sends your IP address to Google when loading them) and provides our email service.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data outside the UAE and Saudi Arabia, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on providers that apply recognized data protection safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep snapshot submissions and related emails for up to 24 months after we send your results, unless a working relationship follows or you ask us to delete them sooner. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive a copy of it, and withdraw consent. Email khalil.rahi@projilience.com and we will respond within the time required by law. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access to submissions is limited to Projilience. No system is completely secure, so please do not include confidential business information in the optional comment box.

Children

This website is intended for professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18.
